TOESTEMMINGSVERKLARING VAN DE GEBRUIKER IN EUROPA EN MEXICO:

De gebruiker stemt er uitdrukkelijk mee in dat RINGANA GmbH en/of zijn dochtermaatschappijen of aanverwante partijen de volgende persoonsgegevens van de gebruiker verwerken: naam van de gebruiker/onderneming, geslacht van de gebruiker, geboortedatum van de gebruiker, contactgegevens (adres, e-mailadres van de gebruiker, telefoonnummer), btw-ID/RFC- en handelsregisternummer, aanduiding van de bestelde RINGANA-producten, facturerings- en betalingsgegevens en naam van de verantwoordelijke fresh consultant bij RINGANA GmbH en/of zijn dochtermaatschappijen of aanverwante partijen om toegang te krijgen tot de diensten waarop het contract betrekking heeft (gebruik van de website www.ringana.com, in het bijzonder de onlinewinkel voor de aankoop van Ringana-producten), voor de communicatie met de gebruiker (in het bijzonder de verzending van nieuwsbrieven, voor zover de gebruiker daar geen bezwaar tegen heeft) en voor de analyse van het gebruikersgedrag.

Deze gegevens kunnen worden ingezien door RINGANA GmbH en/of zijn dochterondernemingen of aangesloten partijen, evenals door de verantwoordelijke RINGANA partners, die in hun naam contact met u kunnen opnemen om u zo goed mogelijk van dienst te zijn. Een wijziging in de partnertoewijzing en daarmee de mogelijkheid voor een nieuwe of andere RINGANA Partner om uw persoonlijke gegevens in te zien, kan worden bevestigd door een navraag in de klantenaccount en een overeenkomstige kennisgeving van de RINGANA Partner.

Wij vragen uw toestemming/weigering binnen 3 weken na ontvangst van dit bericht. Gedurende deze periode worden uw gegevens tijdelijk opgeslagen door RINGANA GmbH en/of haar dochterondernemingen of gelieerde partijen. Als deze periode is verstreken, moet u zich opnieuw registreren als klant.

U kunt uw gegevens te allen tijde aanvullen of wijzigen op www.ringana.com. De klantenexclusiviteit wordt toegepast in overeenstemming met de algemene voorwaarden.

USER CONSENT STATEMENT FOR COLOMBIA:

As a user of RINGANA’s website and/or RINGANA’s customer, I authorize in a prior, express and informed manner, as data subject (hereinafter, the “User”), that RINGANA Colombia S.A.S. AND/OR RINGANA GmbH, as Data Controller, and/or its subsidiaries or affiliated parties (“RINGANA”), to carry out any operation or set of operations such as: the collection, consultation, storage, use, circulation, suppression, extraction, transfer or transmission (hereinafter, the “Processing”) of the information linked and/or that may be associated to me (hereinafter, my “Personal Data”).

The Personal Data includes, but is not limited to: user’s name, user’s gender, user’s date of birth, user’s general contact details, billing and payment details, and name of the responsible advisor at RINGANA. The Personal Data will be processed by RINGANA for the following purposes: access to the services covered by the contract (use of the website www.ringana.com.co, in particular the online store to purchase RINGANA products), for communication with the User for customer service for advertising and marketing purposes (in particular sending of newsletters, provided the User does not object), and in general, to be processed by RINGANA Partners for the performance of commercial activities associated with RINGANA products.

Additionally, I authorize RINGANA in a prior, express and informed manner to transfer and/or transmit my Personal Data to third parties located within or outside Colombia, including, but not limited to RINGANA Partners, so that they in turn may process my Personal Data for the fulfillment of the purposes indicated above. Likewise, I authorize RINGANA to transfer and/or transmit my Personal Data in the terms described above, even to third parties located in countries that do not provide adequate levels of protection.

As the owner of the personal information, I declare that I have been informed about my rights to: (i) know, update and rectify my personal data; (ii) request proof of authorization, except when expressly excepted as a requirement for the Processing; (iii) be informed about the Processing that is being given to my personal data; (iv) file complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce for any infringement of the personal data protection regulations in force; (v) revoke the authorization and/or request the deletion of my data when the Processing does not respect the constitutional and legal principles, rights and guarantees or when there is no legal or contractual obligation to remain in the respective database; and (vi) access free of charge to my personal data that have been subject to Processing.

I declare that I have been informed and I know that I may exercise my rights by submitting a request, inquiry or complaint in writing to the Company and to the e-mail address office@ringana.com, clearly specifying the personal data related to my request along with the action required by the Company. Additionally, I declare that I have received and I am aware of RINGANA’s Data Processing Policy, which is available in the web page: Data protection policy.

The User may at any time supplement or modify his or her data at www.ringana.com.co. Customer exclusivity will be applied in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.
