The user explicitly consents to RINGANA GmbH, and/or its subsidiaries or affiliated parties to the processing of the user’s personal data, namely: user’s / company name, user’s gender, user’s date of birth, contact data (address, user’s email address, telephone number), VAT ID/RFC and Commercial Register number, designation of the ordered RINGANA products, billing and payment data and name of the responsible fresh consultant at RINGANA GmbH, and/or its subsidiaries or affiliated parties to enable access to the services subject matter of the contract (use of the website www. ringana.com, in particular the online store for purchasing Ringana products), for communication with the user (in particular sending of newsletters, insofar as the user does not object) and for analyzing user behavior.
This data may be accessed by RINGANA GmbH, and/or its subsidiaries or affiliated parties as well as by the responsible RINGANA partners, who may contact you on their own behalf, in order to ensure your best assistance. A change in partner assignment and thus the ability of a new or different RINGANA partner to view your personal data can be confirmed by a query in the customer account as well as a corresponding notification of the RINGANA partner.

We request your consent/refusal within 3 weeks after receipt of this message. During this period, your data will be temporarily stored by RINGANA GmbH and/or its subsidiaries or affiliated parties. If this period has expired, you must re-register as a customer.
You may complete or modify your data at any time at www.ringana.com. Customer exclusivity will be applied in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.
USER CONSENT STATEMENT FOR COLOMBIA:
As a user of RINGANA’s website and/or RINGANA’s customer, I authorize in a prior, express and informed manner, as data subject (hereinafter, the “User”), that RINGANA Colombia S.A.S. AND/OR RINGANA GmbH, as Data Controller, and/or its subsidiaries or affiliated parties (“RINGANA”), to carry out any operation or set of operations such as: the collection, consultation, storage, use, circulation, suppression, extraction, transfer or transmission (hereinafter, the “Processing”) of the information linked and/or that may be associated to me (hereinafter, my “Personal Data”).
The Personal Data includes, but is not limited to: user’s name, user’s gender, user’s date of birth, user’s general contact details, billing and payment details, and name of the responsible advisor at RINGANA. The Personal Data will be processed by RINGANA for the following purposes: access to the services covered by the contract (use of the website www.ringana.com.co, in particular the online store to purchase RINGANA products), for communication with the User for customer service for advertising and marketing purposes (in particular sending of newsletters, provided the User does not object), and in general, to be processed by RINGANA Partners for the performance of commercial activities associated with RINGANA products.
Additionally, I authorize RINGANA in a prior, express and informed manner to transfer and/or transmit my Personal Data to third parties located within or outside Colombia, including, but not limited to RINGANA Partners, so that they in turn may process my Personal Data for the fulfillment of the purposes indicated above. Likewise, I authorize RINGANA to transfer and/or transmit my Personal Data in the terms described above, even to third parties located in countries that do not provide adequate levels of protection.
As the owner of the personal information, I declare that I have been informed about my rights to: (i) know, update and rectify my personal data; (ii) request proof of authorization, except when expressly excepted as a requirement for the Processing; (iii) be informed about the Processing that is being given to my personal data; (iv) file complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce for any infringement of the personal data protection regulations in force; (v) revoke the authorization and/or request the deletion of my data when the Processing does not respect the constitutional and legal principles, rights and guarantees or when there is no legal or contractual obligation to remain in the respective database; and (vi) access free of charge to my personal data that have been subject to Processing.
I declare that I have been informed and I know that I may exercise my rights by submitting a request, inquiry or complaint in writing to the Company and to the e-mail address office@ringana.com, clearly specifying the personal data related to my request along with the action required by the Company. Additionally, I declare that I have received and I am aware of RINGANA’s Data Processing Policy, which is available in the web page: Data protection policy.
The User may at any time supplement or modify his or her data at www.ringana.com.co. Customer exclusivity will be applied in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.
